How do I request replacement of missing or
damaged parts?
To obtain missing or damaged parts, please contact the decorator
or retailer who sold you the blinds. To ensure prompt and accurate
service, please have your original purchase information available.
The original purchase information is recorded on the packing
list, the installation parts list or the troubleshooting tips
sheet that shipped with your blinds. If none of the items listed
above are available, the original order information is also printed
on a label inside the top rail of your blind. This will provide
all the information needed to process your request.
