If anything should go wrong with your Graber window treatments, our "best in the industry" Customer Service team — based entirely within the United States — will provide you with the information you need to process your warranty claim or obtain replacement parts.
To ensure prompt and accurate service, you will be asked to provide the original order information listed below. This can be found on the packing list, installation parts list or troubleshooting tips that shipped with your blind or shade. If you no longer have these documents, you may find the information on a white identification label located on the top of your blind or shade. The identification label can be found by removing your blind or shade from the installation brackets.
