Dual Shades

 

Dual Shades make it easy to create versatile light control and privacy levels for any interior. The innovatitive design of Graber® Dual Shades integrates two fabrics from our Solar and/or Roller collections, either of which can be lowered or raised. For example, pull down a Solar Shade during the day to lower temperature and glare while maintaining your view to the outside. Pull down a Roller Shade at night to protect your privacy.

  • Includes the same control options, specialty options and embellishments as our Solar and Roller Shades
  • Features the same Continuous-loop and Motorization lift operation as our Solar and Roller Shades

Cornices & Valances
Cassette Valance (Large only)

Add a large fabric-covered cassette valance to your window treatment to create a unique visual effect. The fabric for the fabric-wrapped cassette is the same fabric as the front shade (shade closest to the room). Cassette valance must be ordered at the same time as the shade.

Color-selectable Bead Chain

Choose from five color options including White, Vanilla, Gray, Brown and Black.  A stainless steel option is also available.
Scalloped Hems (Roller Shade only)

Available in five eye-catching styles, scallop hem is finished with your choice of gimp, braid, bead or fringe trim.
 
Gimp Trims (Roller Shade only)

Intricate and subtle, 7/16" gimp trim is a classic embellishment to the scalloped edge of Roller Shades.
Bead Trim (Roller Shade only)

Decorative beads are a great way to express your personal style. Choose from 1 1/4" wood beads (four colors), 1" teardrop crystal beads (five colors) and 1 1/2" round crystal beads (three colors) to be applied to your Roller Shade's scalloped edge. A gimp, braid or fringe trim must also be ordered with the beaded trim. Choose from five color options including White, Vanilla, Gray, Brown and Black
 

Operating Systems & Controls
Continuous-loop Lift System

A powerful clutch lifts and holds the shade steady without the cord loop changing length.
Motorization System (Dual Shades)

Motorization makes the operation of heavy or hard-to-reach shades easy. Raise or lower multiple shades with a hand-held control or wall switch. An automatic timer operates the shades for security when you're away, and a cordless design eliminates safety hazards. Ideal for those with special needs and homes with children or pets. One or both shades of the Dual Shade can be motorized.
 

Shade Type
Dual Shade with a Cassette

Both the front and back shade are a standard roll. The bead chain positions are selectable; they can be on the same side or opposite sides.
Dual Shade without a Cassette

The front shade (shade closest to the room) is a reverse roll to provide a continuous look at the top of the shade. The back shade (the shade closest to the window) can be standard roll or reverse roll. The continuous loop bead chains are on opposite sides.
