Graber LightWeaves® Exterior Solar Shades make it easy to enjoy the benefits of Solar Shades year-round. Exterior Solar Shades are installed to the outside of your window or patio to block the sun’s rays before they reach your window, greatly reducing air-conditioning costs. Just like standard Solar Shades, Exterior Solar Shades maintain your view to the outside, while protecting your interior from UV rays and reducing glare. Choose darker fabric colors for a better view, lighter fabric colors for better temperature control.

Cornices & Valances
Cassette Valance

Our powder-coated Exterior Cassette Valance features an updated, sleek design and is available in two sizes: Medium Cassette (3 5/8") and Large Cassette (4 5/8"). Available in white, vanilla and brown.

Decorative
Reverse Roll (Only without Cassette Valance)

Choose whether you want the fabric to roll over the tube to the front or to the back. The standard orientation is to the back and should be used for maximum light control. A reverse roll will project the shade fabric away from the window.  Reverse Roll is not available with a Cassette Valance.
Color Components

Choose the color of the components to match the house color and select a different fabric color. If a cassette is selected, the color of the cassette dictates the color of all components. Available in White, Vanilla and Brown.
 

Operating Systems & Controls
Continuous-loop Lift System

A powerful clutch lifts and holds the shade steady without the cord loop changing length.
Hold-down Brackets

Hold-down brackets secure the bottomrail of your window treatment to patio frame or window sill for safety and convenience and are available at no charge. Note: Exterior shades must be raised during inclement and windy weather.
