How to Redeem Your Rebate
  1. Purchase Graber window treatments as outlined, between
    June 2, 2025 - August 31, 2025.
  2. Click “Submit Your Claim Now” below. You'll need the following information from your order to complete your rebate:
    • Proof of purchase of eligible Graber product (examples include invoice, work order, or receipt)
    • Order number
    • Purchase amount
    • Product type & quantity
    • Retailer or dealer name
  3. Full rebate claim submissions must be received by October 31, 2025.
  4. Please allow 1 week for claim validation and 30 days for reward processing once claim is approved.

Graber® Motorized Shades Bundle Rebate Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer: Individuals (18+) (“Participants”) lawfully residing in the USA (“Territory”) who make a bundle purchase of one or more new (not ex-display, demonstration or refurbished) qualifying Graber® shade(s) from a selection listed in Table 1 below (“Qualifying Product”), in a single transaction from a retailer listed at https://graberpromotions.com/motorsA2025 (each a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotional Period, will be eligible to claim one (1) Virtual Mastercard® Prepaid Card of variable face value determined by the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased (“Rebate”). The Rebate will be issued in USD. The offered Rebate amounts are set forth in Table 2 below, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”).

2. The Promotion shall commence on at 00:01 (local time) on June 2, 2025 and shall continue until 23:59 (local time) on August 31, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
3. After purchasing one or more Qualifying Products listed in Table 1 in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants must visit https://graberpromotions.com/motorsA2025 and complete the presented form with the requested details, including valid proof(s) of purchase of the Qualifying Product(s) purchased and their personal information ("Claim”). A valid proof of purchase requires that all qualifying purchases be shown clearly on the same receipt or email confirmation of purchase or invoice (as being made in a single transaction).
4. Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per household. Limit of one (1) Rebate is allowed per eligible Claim submitted in accordance with these Promotion Terms. Purchases of Qualifying Products must be from a Participating Retailer only and purchases from eBay, Amazon Marketplace or any other third-party marketplace or seller are specifically excluded from the Promotion. This Promotion is only open to individual Participants. Businesses, schools and not-for-profit organizations are specifically excluded as ineligible.
5. Claims must be submitted by 23:59 EST October 31, 2025 Claims submitted or received outside of the Claim Period shall be considered invalid and not eligible for Rebate.
6. Participants who submit a completed Claim form will be sent an email notification to acknowledge receipt of their Claim, followed by confirmation if it has been successful (“Claim Validation”). Where the Participant has not received Claim Validation within seven (7) days of submitting their Claim, it is their responsibility to contact the Promoter via the contact details given below. Failure to do so within this time shall result in the Claim being marked as invalid and ineligible for Rebate.
7. If a Claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide any missing information needed to validate their Claim within seven (7) days. If no response is received within that timeframe, the Claim shall be deemed invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Rebate.
8. Rebate Terms and Conditions: Rebates are subject to certain terms and conditions as stated on them and summarised below. Since these may be changed without notice at any time, you should refer to the Rebate itself for the full terms and conditions of use.
Mastercard® Prepaid Card Terms
Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 6 months from the date of issuance; unused funds will forfeit after the expiration date shown on the card. Full card terms and conditions apply and these will be stated in the email given at the time of issuance of the card. Except as otherwise required by law, this promotional offer is limited to one Virtual Mastercard® Prepaid Card per household.
9. Presuming the Claim has been submitted in accordance with these Promotion Terms, the company which administers the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter (“Administrator”) will endeavour to provide the Participant with their Rebate by email within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation; however, Rebates may take up to forty-five (45) days to be issued, particularly during busy periods.
10. Rebates have no cash value, nor can they be exchanged for alternatives.
11. Claims that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter or Administrator for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
12. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
13. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
14. Where the Participant returns the Qualifying Product, they shall be deemed ineligible to make a Claim in relation to this purchase. Where the Participant has already made a Claim, they must inform the Promoter at the email address listed in Condition 16.
15. Claims must only be submitted by the Participant. In no circumstances will Claims submitted by any third-party (including resellers and/or the Participating Retailer) on behalf of the Participant be accepted. Any such Claims will be rejected, and the Participant shall not be permitted to submit any further Claims.

17. Privacy and Data Protection: Other than as set out in these Promotion Terms and notified to you in connection with your participation, the details and information you provide when entering the Promotion or claiming the Rebate will not be used for any other purpose. Personal information submitted by Participants in this Promotion shall only be used for communications about the Promotion, for processing Claims or otherwise managing the Promotion, and for communicating feedback provided with consent. The Participant hereby consents to their personal information being used accordingly and confirms their agreement with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://www.graberblinds.com/privacy-policy/. Such consent may be withdrawn by writing to the Promoter at the contact details set forth in the Promoter’s linked privacy policy.
